Sox Look Strong In Spring! |
After four spring games the Sox look strong. With an almost entirely revamped roster after last year's disappointing season seeing the Sox place last, the Sox look to push for a championship. The Sox will be in action once more before regular season play, on Sunday, March 22nd at 2p. They will be facing the CS Bullfrogs in spring action at El Pomar Sports Complex. Sox Start Slow to Begin 2009 Campaign |
With 3 games behind them, the Sox started the season out shaky. The first two losses showed to be one sided with the Sox providing less then average play. The Sox did storm back in the third game to give the bombers a push for the Sox first win of 2009, but came up short. With a week off and some regrouping, the Sox look to come back strong with a good game against the newly formed CS Brewers! Hope to see you all at the game!

Five weeks into their 2009 campaign the Sox recorded their first of many wins to come. Through the first five innings of Sunday's game the Sox looked to be struggling, but with some timely hitting along with superb defense and pitching, the Sox were able to add some offense to come away with a W. The Sox look to keep the streak going as the Clovers visit this coming Sunday at Pueblo Central. We hope to see you at the field. Check back for updated stats and info on your Sox!

After a tough loss last week, the Sox look to break even this week. The Sox open a DH sunday starting at 12:30p with a rematch against the CS Clovers, and end with a 4:00p contest against the CS Charros. With staff ace Josh Gutierrez back, from a personal matter, the Sox look tough once again and hope to come away with 2 wins to break even at 4-4 on the season! We hope to see you at the field. After a much needed tear and a four game win streak the Sox look to keep rolling this sunday against the CS Hondos. The Hondos look to be a pretty good offensive team and should look to put up a good game.
In other news the Sox signed OF Cory Sullivan to help compliment their OF and strengthen the middle to bottom of the order!
