While the Covina Buzz started 4-7, the MoVal Fury started the season 2-6. Both teams got their acts together at the perfect time, and landed playoff spots. Now, ironically, both teams are squaring off in the only game standing in the way of the championship game.

| Two strong offenses and two formidable pitching staffs will go head to head, both having won very close games last week. The Fury defeated the Braves on a walk-off hit, and the Buzz edged the Dirtbags 8-7 on a play at the plate in the bottom of the 10th inning. This looks to be a tough one. |
