Hondos had their winning streak snapped by a tough Yankees team last week but were able to bounce back against the Demons one of the best teams in the league. Rayne Hulce was unsolvable on the mound, giving up only one unearned run in 9 innings, and striking out 10+ batters. This win allows Hondos to keep pace in the race for that third playoff seed, and four players in the All-Star game. Next weeks game is against the talented Bombers who beat Hondos 6-2 in a game that was much closer then the score. Hondos will look to even the season series 1-1.
